Absolutely unprofessional, they are very rude when you ask them questions! They tell you time frames for answers then get mad when you keep asking for a response as they can never reach back out to you.

The receptionist Elena, waited until two hours before the appointment to send us a -twenty two- page packet with a notice stating that if the packet wasn't returned before the appointment, we would be forced to cancel. So, we were forced to cancel the appointment that I had requested work off for and had arranged for my child to miss school for. When I called to cancel, she didn't care and only asked if we'd like to reschedule. She ignored my request for Jennifer, the office manager's contact information to try to sort out what happened. Her excuse was that we should have already received the packet (we didn't receive anything) and blamed it on someone else, saying they were out of the office.

This has place has some real Ethical and professional practice concerns. They can't even respond in a timely manner addressing concerns. Update It has been three months since I have heard anything from myra stark. Three months ago she promised to update me on the plan to help my son and her treatment plans. I have still have not received anything from her. I guess the next steps will to be calling the directional manager.
