I have been searching for a reliable ABA company for the past two years, and it has been a long and frustrating journey—until I finally found Dr. Cho Behavioral Therapy. I can honestly say I feel so lucky and proud to have found them. From the very first day, the therapist we were assigned made a powerful impression. She was friendly, professional, and clearly knew her job well. She took the time to explain the entire process, paired beautifully with my son, and immediately began modeling strategies and offering real, effective help. It’s now been about three and a half weeks, and I can already see positive changes in my son’s behavior. He is beginning to use his words more appropriately, ask for things calmly, respect personal space, and manage his aggression better. These improvements mean everything to me. The RBT working with us is currently pursuing her BCBA at George Mason University, and I was genuinely impressed with her professionalism, communication skills, and dedication. She is knowledgeable, reliable, and always follows up. She even responds to my texts and emails after hours, showing how much she genuinely cares—not just about the job, but about my son. One thing that made a huge difference is that she speaks the same language I do, which helped bridge communication and cultural understanding. Still, even beyond that, her professionalism and commitment stand out. She’s gone out of her way to accommodate my schedule, working Thursdays and Fridays, and collaborating with caregivers to make sure everything is aligned. She takes the time to model for me, explain everything in detail, and always makes sure I feel confident and supported in teaching my son. Today, for example, we went to the park, and where there would normally be meltdowns and chaos, she calmly guided him through a few minor tantrums, using positive reinforcement and effective strategies. It was one of the best outings we’ve had in a long time. I truly believe this is more than just a job for her—it’s a career and a calling. She told me not to mention her name, but I want to thank her deeply from my heart. She told me she was trained by her clinical director, and I want to thank them too, because that training clearly shows in everything she does. This company has exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Cho Behavioral Therapy to anyone who wants real, compassionate, and professional support for their child. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do.

This company and their employees are grea to work with! Turns out this was not a daycare I worked with an RBT and she was very knowledgeable and explained the treatment plan goals. The RBT was very passionate and worked with dignity and respect and RBT was able to exlplain their treatment plan goals for my son and I was able to model what I was doing and I was sitting there the whole time and she didn’t mind. I had the pleasure to speak to the clinical director about a couple concerns ans J was very happy with their response. They take their work seriously, very professional very educated. I’m happy with my son’s progress so far. Definitely Recommend!

I’ve been only a few days with Dr. Cho company and I found that I had to express my satisfaction with them. First of all, appreciate the professionalism of the RBT and BCBA, giving all the information and beyond about ABA and autism, since it’s the first time my son is receiving ABA. Also, my son is using words just after 5 days with his RBT!! He is following orders in a better manner. The RBT is very experienced, she knows how to get to my kid, is very playfull, outgoing, my son is actually excited to see her everyday and is very receptive to her exchanges. Also, I get great along with her, she gives me one on one information and instructions to further help my son after she goes home. Super excited to see what awaits for him in the future with this company and will update!!

This company canceled my services after waiting for a therapist because the one I had left... and the therapists that came were inexperienced. Serena came several times to teach them, she was very professional, after her I didn't really see ABA therapy again, and from one moment to the next and while waiting for a therapist who actually does therapy, they canceled me! Of course, with their arguments that were convenient for them. I called the BCBA and they never answered the phone. This was a year ago. I didn't share my review but I'm sharing it now so that parents have information and don't have the same thing happen to them as me.

I was not a fan of this group and unfortunately had to terminate services. Communication was horrible. Had a couple bad therapist, I had to request that they be removed. I could tell the turnover rate must have been high. Was threatened that I would be charged if my daughter was going to be late to school ( miss an appointment in their words) but it was never communicated when the therapist would miss sessions. Company would communicate everything else with my child care provider, but never me the PARENT. I never saw any significant progress that would warrant me to continue service. Serena was great, never had an issue. Angie was amazing and unfortunately my daughter lost her best friend and we are still dealing with the repercussions of this.
