Last year I took a major fall. I broke my leg, my upper arm and injured both knees. I began my rehabilitation at Horizon in Blair. I attribute my progress to the patience, compassion and expertise of the therapists. Troy and Tammy shared their extensive knowledge of body mechanics in a way I could understand and accept. They provided exercises and education to promote the healing of my injuries and restore my abilities to the highest levels.
