East Bay ABA

Im really disappointed that parents forget to put reviews so others dont waste their times with ABA agencies. We had East Bay ABA for around a year and they finally told us they can not give services that we need to our kid. We were supposed to have parent training twice a month but we only got 3 or 4 over the course of a year and it was with our own request. They have not helped our kid with social interaction at all and I think most of the progress that she made in the past year was the impact of school and not ABA. Any time we asked for community training, play dates ... there was a NO because they could not resource. We had two BTs one very good and the other one was not that much expert. Regardless of how much progress our kid made, she used to do the exact same things since the beginning. I myself was trying to understand the struggles with ABA agencies and their staffing issue but any time we had a request which was not what they could do, they came back to us with a threat that they will finish their services. Please dont waste your time with them!
