Whomever answered the phone today twice is completely unprofessional and as excited as I was to get my child started with their services this is highly disappointing. I asked to speak with a manager, he stated he was the manager so I asked to speak with another or manager over him he laughed and said thaaaats me. How childish and ignorant can you be like us parents deserve this form of ignorance is beyond me.
