I have been calling for days to set up a physical therapy evaluation for my son. No one answers the phone. I have left several messages with no call back. I finally talked to someone yesterday and had to repeat myself several times regarding my sons physical therapy order. In the end, they needed the ortho clinic to fax it over. Ok done. I call back again and weird. No answer. No call back. I ended up scheduling him Tria who is able to get him in on Monday and I didn’t not get a run around regarding the order for PT.

Honestly I would not give “Dr” Rachel Miller even 1 star! Absolutely the very worst physician I have had the displeasure of attempting to work with. Rude, condescending, insensitive and disrespectful! Mental health and hormonal changes , mood swings is a real thing but unfortunately Rachel Miller dismisses that fact. Next time a 13 yr old walks into your office listen, have compassion and understanding. What my 13 yr old experienced was not acceptable at all. Everyone deserves to be treated with RESPECT and KINDNESS ! Everyone has the right to be listened to and heard. We will not be returning to this clinic to see Rachel Miller ever again. If you want compassionate caring knowledgeable physician DO NOT make an appointment with this person! Absolutely appalled and disgusted by Dr Rachel Millers attitude and indifference! Come on Children’s you can do better!

I want to start by staying I am a Medical Sales Rep and I call on Doctors all day so I feel I have a grasp on reading personalities and dealing with many different doctors for 21 years! This appt with my 15 year old daughter with Dr Rachel Miller was the worst experiences we have ever had. It took me 3 weeks to write this review and I have never wrote a review ever in my life but just had too. If I can save one daughter I hope I can. She came in the room all rude and degrading, In reviewing medications She rudely asked why I give my daughter omega as a vitamin, when I was an advocate for my daughter asking about an iron supplement she snapped at me like I should know why I wouldn’t give her that. Geez, sorry! Thought these supplements are good!? Apparantly she didn’t! She talked down to my daughter, she stepped out of the room momentarily and my gut was to grab my daughter and leave this office so fast but I stayed against my gut which I totally regret! She never even examined my daughter, just degraded her for her pleasure at her desk. She was the rudest doctors I have ever met and I felt sick to my stomach sitting there. My daughters posture and body language also changed instantly because she kept talking down to her and my daughter of course didn’t say anything. Tonight as I sat down to create review I noticed Dr Miller has the most horrible reviews online! A 2.8! I was referred to her by my daughters pediatric doctor and I have printed all her horrible reviews off to show my doctor and ask her WHY she feels confident in this referral? Because she is a director of Children’s? Because she is a pediatric OB? Ugh, please parents look at all her horrible reviews and weigh if this is a place to go and be an advocate for your child. I rescheduled my daughter to my lovely OB I have had for over 15 years this upcoming Monday and can’t wait to have my daughter see a professional and compassionate doctor. My daughter and I got in car and she said “mom, I never want to go back here again” and I cried because I have never felt so shook up and bad ever. I called my husband and he was in misbelief. I sent him all her horrible reviews and he was shocked. I just wanted someone to help my daughter feel better and get her through some horrible menstural pain and we left so sick to our stomach and apprehensive of good care. Again I never create reviews ever. That’s how bad this appt was

Beyond happy my sons doctor referred us here. It is so nice not having to go into downtown Minneapolis for therapy. Having therapists who know exactly what they're doing and seeing progress with our son just makes me so happy.
