Very thankful for Diana. She has helped me find coping skills to manage my PTSD developed from a very abusive relationship. I've always been treated with kindness and respect by the front staff. I would recommend Psyche & Psyche to anyone who feels that they need help with any mental health issue or addiction.

Although, I have not met ever emploee, the one I did meet was a nightmare. They could employ qualified therapists that do not insult you or your intelligence.

The initial evaluation does not go through insurance. $200. 2hrs of time where they just ask questions. A week later, my husband got a call just to be told they could not help him. No referral for another therapist. Waste of time and money. So sad.

It's not that counselors or psych that I have a complaint about it's the people at the front desk and the "policies" I made an appointment for my daughter 10/29 not even 24 hours in advance. Canceled it the next morning at 6. Been there twice since then. We were up there last night and nobody was up at the front. Her counselor told me that she said to call the next day to make my copayment.

I have been going here since the spring, and I have nothing bad to say about it. They are very accommodating, offering virtual and in-person appointments. Scheduling is very easy, and I've never been given a hard time by anyone. The front desk workers are always very kind and I see Abby, who is outstanding! I have been to other places for counseling before, and I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to talk to a counselor.

We have been searching for a marriage counselor for a very long time. We are both neurodivergent and really wanted To learn how to communicate better and Azizi Has been absolutely incredible at Facilitating positive constructive conversations that have really led to change, which is not something we have found with any other therapist. We are so grateful to have come across thrive works and Azizi. We now have hope that we can work anything out and we will continue to work with thrive works to better ourselves for each other and our family.
