Encompass is the best program for our I/DD individuals around! I have been doing foster care for 16 years and this is by far the best program I have ever experienced. Kati and Heather know what they are doing and they know what the clients need and want have mastered the balance of getting it all done. They also have at LEAST 16 years of experience, they’ve both done the hands on work themselves, aren’t just a “company”. They are family. My clients love them and all the Encompass staff.
