Frustrating experience with inconsistent care and poor communication 😕 I honestly don’t even know how to start this review because they don’t even deserve one star. My son is autistic, and his developmental doctor said he needs ABA services. After going through their paperwork and process, I’m left frustrated by the lack of clear communication and misalignment with medical guidance. They didn’t even obtain insurance permissions for services, and at one point they stated my son didn’t need any services, then offered parent training as the next step. I’ve worked in this field for 23 years and I know what my son needs. During the Zoom meeting, the provider suggested dismissing the case, which I found inappropriate and not in my son’s best interest. My son has ADHD as well, so I know what supports he requires. I’m glad to have advocacy experience on my side, and I will be seeking services elsewhere. Please don’t waste your time here—unprofessional and not aligned with appropriate care. I hope they reconsider their approach so other families aren’t let down. 🙏🏻🚫

If you can’t properly help individuals with autism or offer adequate communication then dont start a company to serve us. Dont waste your time here, they waste too much time of people who have the least of it due to our situations.

This place plays games. They are deceptive and heartless here. I applied, sent all the documents, went through the assessment process and was ghosted. I emailed members that I was told are going to be team support, emails were ignored. I called the office Practice Manager Briana Warrick, received wrong information the information was sent to insurance and it never was. Got a call once from someone there that my child insurance is inactive so the intake will be placed on hold. That was so false, insurance is quite active and the insurance even called the said individual to confirm it’s active. They have u set up profile, give u account only to be ignored. Parents of children diagnosed with autism are desperate for help and what do they do here? Play games.

Horrible place. My son never even started any services. I sent all his information and called and emailed the client service coordinator Kelsey M. For about a month And never got an answer. They really had me hopeful to only be disappointed and frustrated because after all this is for my child.
