There is a huge lack of communication. I was given a schedule for my son and the therapist didn’t show up for a week straight. When I called to ask what was going on they told me the therapist was on vacation. I would’ve appreciated a call to let me know.

We have had this company for about 5 years now. The only good thing about this company is our therapist. The office staff is horrible. They never answer the phone, they never return calls, they never return emails. They are very unprofessional.
