We love FACT! The new center is incredible with so many providers and FACT programs. My nonspeaking autistic son has attended FACT camp for years and he always has the time of his life. I know he is well looked after even with his need

AFF is a very welcoming, warm, open-minded, and positive environment. They are constantly gaining new knowledge, and applying it to different situations, while being supportive. I would highly recommend this agency to meet your precious child’s needs.

A frendly face not so friendly services. If you have about love one you care about Dearly keep them away from aff. The company/agency cares about money , under staffs its centers.

I received a run around for a long time. Months after the evaluation I really had to push them to go find the letter from my insurance , because is knew my child was approved . Then they offered a late evening time which wasn't good for a small child who goes to school all day ( after waiting months for an appointment) a frustrating experience . Be cautious.with these reviews bc it appears employees write good reviews .

Good luck getting services in the place! I have inquired about my son to begin ABA services since June he had an evaluation two months ago and all I get is emails confirming the availability I said I have for his services with no set schedule. They keep say they are trying to find a therapist. My sons Doctor that diagnosed him with autism said this place takes on clients after client and makes them wait gives them the run around and it should not be taking this long to get services started. They don’t even have the respect to call you they will email you nonsense all day! Shameful going to have to start this process alllllll over again!!!

I have to say there are not a lot of places that provided ABA services on Staten Island especially one that thrives on working not only with the child but also the parents. They offer parent training classes and resources to help your child at home. Staff is attentive and aim on assisting your child with the best services for their therapy. I would definitely recommend them.
