Had a 2:05pm appointment on 7/2/24. Confirmed with them at least 3 times that 2:05 was acceptable due to getting out of work right up the road. Showed up and got nothing but treated rudely by the receptionist to the point I took my referral and will go someplace else. They need to fire that receptionist!!! Just cause she’s having a bad day, don’t take it out on a customer

This place is amazing they truly care about their patients. They go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. I recommend this place to anyone with injuries from head trauma. Amy and Dawn are both excellent with me they also are helping understand what’s going on with me and treating my injuries after my TBI

I went to two different doctors and a chiropractor over the span of a year … none could determine why my hands were going numb. Peter knew right away and was able to quickly resolve my issue! Especially for head and neck issues - go to BTS!

Please give them a try. The staff is so nice and go out of their way to help you. I tried finding another lymphedema specialist and the wait is over 6 months (just say no appointment for you) and they gave me an appointment in one week but unfortunately insurance won’t cover...I wish them the best of luck and great success.

They are great at telling you what to do at home and making sure you do it, but I was seen by three therapist here. One for physical, one for visual, and one for memory... they must not be that good because I was told to stop because it was too early after my accident to do any of it and none of it is still good for me now!
