JUST GRADUATED!!!! these 4 years were the best experience for my daughter. I loved see her growing and evolving to her better self accompanied by Solange, Elizabeth, Kara and last but not least Erika. I had a great experience with first steps coordinator, Mary! She helped me when my child needed speech therapy and was very timely in getting back if I had a question. She communicated well and overall I was pleased with this service.

I've been dealing with this program off and on for 16 years. It's only gone downhill. The service coordinators all seen to hate their job. I've already asked for a switch once and they acted like they didn't want to do it. Finally did it and this one actually does her job and gets things moving but she's not friendly at all. We've gotta deal with these people for roughly 3 years. I'm sorry but I don't want to deal with a rude person that's in charge of my child's care for 3 years. That's miserable. Then ours does stuff behind our back without consulting us first.. things that we didn't want done. I'm be happy once I'm done dealing with this program.

Honestly I feel like it would have been a good program for my son but with the two coordinators we had, my son was not able to take advantage of all that could've been offered. Our first coordinator just up and quit without a warning and our second coordinator was not really attentive nor held accountable for the delays in programs needed for my son development and not so pleasant. We are now in transitioning of the program and wish things was different. Our two advisors we had since being in the program at 4 months are amazing though.
