First Steps

My daughter has been going to First Steps for Kids for the last six months, & I wanted to share an updated review. The staff here are truly incredible. From the warm and welcoming receptionist, Cat, to my daughter's wonderful RBTs, Mariah and Ina, and her sweet and amazing BCBA, Merrin--everyone is so friendly and caring.

This company hires what feels like literal kids to work with your children. I'm talking about straight out of high school with little to no real experience. Many of them have never worked with children before in any meaningful way. We've had people show up whose background seemed completely unrelated, like DoorDash drivers or waitresses, with no proper training or understanding of what this work actually requires.

Focus has the sweetest most caring people working here. My son has been going for years and we wouldn't be where we are today without Focus!

This clinic is not a typical medical services rendered place. Each and everyone, including office staff, make you feel like family. They treat our kids with such care and respect and have absolutely made a difference in our lives. They help families and we are not just clients here. I love my Focus family.

My sons have been utilizing Focus services for years. A awesome company with a great staff. The levels of autism my son has and the regression he experiences most agencies would have said no way, but they never have. My sons love the staff and think of them as friends.
