Ms. Madison is an amazing speech pathologist! She set goals that meets my child where he is at and helps him to reach these goals at every visit. I love the fact that she uses games to reach these set goals making it so enjoyable for my son and effective! I am very thankful that she is open to communicating with me during and after to guide me on what I can do at home to help my son. Honestly, she has helped my son start to answering “why” questions and I am beyond excited and blessed watching the progress in a short amount of time. God is good and faithful to put Ms. Madison in my son’s journey to speech! Thank you Ms. Madison!

Our child got assigned to this center through our insurance, and I saw the reviews and initially didn't know what to expect, but decided to give it a chance. We couldn't be happier!, he is thriving and enjoying, he actually reminds us the day of the session so we are sure not to be late. Ms Madison the therapist is doing an amazing job, we've never seen our kid so engaged with any other activity.

That business is a complete garbage. I regret taking my child there for speech services and therapy. Absolutely nothing was done and succeeded. It was a complete waste of time. I do not recommend this place fir any child with speech or spectrum disorders. They are getting ready to be in a lawsuit litigation. Don't waste your money and time for your child's needs in speech therapy. The Therapists and management are non experienced and very young people that probably just graduated from school. My child always wanted to leave the 1st 20 minutes of sessions always because they have no techniques, or strategies on helping and teaching children with ASD spectrum disorder, and speech inparaments. I do not recommend this place at all. Complete garbage and waste of your money and time.

Absolutely wonderful! The employees in this office are some of the most compassionate and caring individuals I've met in the health care industry. They don't just work for what they have passion in, they live for what they have passion in - which is clearly evident at Five Oaks Speech Therapy. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner at multiple sessions for my child and she always greeted us with a warm, welcoming face. She was very professional, knowledgable, charismatic, friendly, joyful and simply amazing. I also praise the the front desk! They provide comfort and sweet words to the kids to help calm their nerves. All therapists are extremely nice and effective. They show nothing less than 100% dedication towards the success of the children. They are both talented as well as patient. As with the support staff, the therapists also are wonderful at easing a nervous child's mind. From my experience, by the end of the day, everyone leaves with a smile on their face. All in all, this clinic, from the front desk, to the owner, to everything in between, has executed a degree of professionalism and care that should be labeled as a model speech therapy service. Thanks to Five Oaks, our child has shown significant improvement in multiple areas of her development. We look forward to every future session.

Liars here, they lied to my ex about a lot of stuff in regards to their service. They charge your medical provider even if they themselves don't show up or do their video therapy session. This place takes your money and doesnt provide good service at all to your children. Find a better speech place. Anything is better than this place. The director, lady who owns this place is a joke. She just wants money, the staff, a total joke. This place will have your child there for decades to come. My child is doing 100x better in their new speech therapy place, speaking, laughing, interacting with their therapist.
