My partner requested a “reasonable accommodation” due to the child under her care having a disability and the staff actually denied it and said that they didn’t have to abide by federal ADA rules. Then after asking for the formal complaint process and company policy they called cps to report a wet diaper. This just shows how unqualified and unprofessional they are. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE.

Stay away. The billing department is very unprofessional and unknowledgeable of their procedures and process when applying INSURANCE. This department WILL drop the ball with unclear communication or follow-up and leave you with a huuuuuge balance and nothing but, "sorries". Still waiting on the head of that department to contact me and my child no longer attends. Chose a different organization for your child's needs that are more professionally CONSISTENT in their practices and staffing.

This location has really stressed out my sister to say the least and not really talk bad about how this business is ran. First off they show the parents one thing during the tour and the kids go through another thing behind those center walls the only thing is we as parents and guardias don't know. If a child is sick they don't call the parents and alert them of what's going on whether it's an emergency or not everything is last minute. They had their employees standing outside in a dangerous storm and rain waiting on what?! Who knows?! My sister wasn't bringing my nephew to this place and risking our lives just for a few hours worth billing our insurance company. I'm glad I drove by to see if it was open before dropping him off. Safety should be first for parents and the staff. Why are your staff members standing outside during tornadoes and high dangerous winds?! That's not professional nor is it safe or ethical. This company obviously doesn't care about the well-being of their staff or their families to have them standing in the cold and rain in the middle of a life threatening storm and pushing parents and innocent children to do the same. That's greed and nothing else. We will be transferring our family out of this center and advise others to do so as well. If it's not safety first for their employees then makes you wonder if it's safe for our children as well.
