Focus Children's Therapy Center

Let me share my long story with y'all! So the first setup was amazing. Alexis did the evaluation on my son with autism and she was very sweet and fantastic. She seemed to know what she was talking and was very eager to answer any and all questions. Next, we wait for insurance which you know, is normal and we get paired with a different OT which we were told was going to happen. I can't remember her name, I believe Jessica(?). Anyway, she was looked a little disorganized the first day we met her. But, it's the first day so we come next week and she's a little better. Third week rolls around, she's out because she hurt her foot. This I believe happened maybe in June of 2021. Basically the summer of 2021 and we are still waiting to be connected with a different OT. Go to a different place that has better communication staff. I have reached several times until I gave up cause clearly, a mother who emphasizes the need of OT for a son is not enough.

This is an exceptional Center for children on the spectrum. Their care, love and knowledge is unbelievable. They go out of their way to serve and provide you and your child with the best care and an environment for the outstanding therapies they provide. I highly recommend Ruth and her amazing team!
