The therapists take valuable time to understand my son’s behaviors, triggers, and preferences, using a tailored approach that focused on building trust and finding alternative ways for him to express himself, and his progress has been both noticeable and encouraging. I am impressed with the team’s commitment to collaboration with me and how they regularly go above and beyond, extending themselves to help my son become more manageable. I also love their thoughtfulness and how they celebrate small but meaningful milestones with me. I am incredibly grateful for the positives I've seen in my son’s behavior, and they have certainly made a difference in my son’s life. The personnel working at Open Door is qualified. They are professional that work more from the heart than from the brain. They treat children like their own.
