Their receptionists at their intake area are incredible! They are kind, compassionate, understanding and helpful. We have used their services twice and have had excellent experiences both times.

I've had multiple very negative experiences with FBH. 1. Their therapists encouraged a former friend (their client) to file a bogus abuse allegation against me with WA State Adult Protective Services, and I am still dealing with the trauma from the fallout.

Really superficial interview experiences. Hiring supervisors tend to be flat, exhibits no interests in applicants especially for clinical leadership positions. Multiple opportunities and frequently the recruiters are incompetent and don't understand how specific degrees have eligibility requirements.

I can't believe all the negative reviews on Frontier in Spokane. now I dont feel so bad. I have had to seek services from them several times over the last 15 years. You will be lucky to find any compassionate caring understanding providers there.

I gave Frontier Behavioral Health 2 stars because I had a serious issue with my privacy. My medical records were accessed via a subpoena, and I was not notified about it. I feel this was potentially illegal and highly uncomfortable, as it may have breached my HIPAA rights.

You better be 30 mins early or else they will treat you like pure crap and then make you feel bad for it! The medication side is a NIGHTMARE you will not get help with meds!

"oh, you're having a bad mental health day and you need immediate help. Here's an appointment for in a week and then there's another appointment for next week after that and then maybe we'll talk about medication the week after that and so like possibly in a month's time you can get medication or help! 🙃" The people were nice but honestly it's a very frustrating experience where I had a mental health day and needed immediate help. Was referred to this place by my doctor and got in for an appointment but it was like an intake appointment but not. I got scheduled another appointment a week later and it was another intake appointment? And then I'm scheduled for another appointment in a week which is going to be something like another intake? Very long and protracted process for people who need help immediately. I decided to go elsewhere. If you need therapy, this place more focuses on that. Medication is not something that they focus on apparently early on or immediately. It's a long process to actually get medication so if you need immediate help go elsewhere. And if you're actually looking for a psych help, go to a psychiatrist. Oh and they only take Medicaid so if you have any other insurance look elsewhere immediately. I was not told this by my referring provider and was only informed of this when I overheard another CSR talking to a patient about insurance and that was after I had like finished the initial intake on the first appointment but not the intake on the second appointment (??). I just started a new job and will be losing Medicaid so I'm basically going to get booted out. There is no recourse so it's useless for anyone who's trying to get back on their feet.

Andrea who also goes by Annie is an amazing counselor she takes so much time to help me through my issues and seems to actually genuinely care about what I’m going through she makes me laugh and is a joy to have as a counselor I look forward to our sessions and I haven't had the greatest experience with frontier but she has turned that around for me I can’t express enough how great she is

Inept chaos. I could write a book. One example: I received a text reminder, a phone call reminder, drove to and checked in for an appointment. 20 minutes later I was told the provider called in sick. Not to mention they don't attract the best providers! OMG. You're better off on your own. Their so called service can make you worse.
