They do help the disabled, but there are a few egos that need to be taken down a few notches. You do not disrespect the provider caring for the client. You find out from the provider what is going on. I had some sad problems with Ashley, no communication from her at all when I needed to deal with the client.

My Son receives services through them. They do alot to help thier consumers maintain independence and set goals to help them achieve what they ( the consumer) felt may be out of reach for them. They are very knowledgeable about resources within the community and the case managers, really work hard to present thier consumers with options to help them achieve goals and create ties within the community.

They are not very open with how they give service to the client or they are unsure of what kind of services they have. I have checked into getting service for my brother and was given contradicting answers each time I asked the same questions from different people, of what they do for the client, which contradicted the last set of questions I asked. So, its a wait and see what they do and see if my brother wants to commit to this company.
