I don't understand all these bad reviews? These techs got my daughter talking, she loves coming here & they are great with her. My daughter can get be out of control, I was scared to leave her with strangers but within 2 weeks she said bye to me from the elevator & I knew great things were happening. I'm grateful for gateway.

My daughter was attending this clinic. She’s fully potty trained but sometimes has accidents. Well that happened and they LEFT her in it all day and didn’t bother calling me for me to bring extra clothes. I picked her up and the tech said “don’t worry, she’s dry now” that’s completely unacceptable.

Recently my son attended this program and let me brief you on my experience the staff did nothing to calm or redirect my son's explosive behaviors. The staff never calls you back even after several attempts and also they commit insurance fraud by billing for services they are not providing. Complaint filed with the state of Michigan expect it to be closed soon they don't take insurance fraud lightly.

Had a tech that I didn’t feel worked well with my step son (Rian), She was very unprofessional as she would disrespect my son that she did not work with and many more different things. We’ve called to get a new one and they made up every excuse and kept sending her. Finally got one we enjoyed and liked (Kaley) and a incident came up so she contacted her supervisor and now they have been giving her a hard time trying to get her to quit and or get fired. Which is truly disgusting because she worked way better with my step then the other one did and she only worked with him for a short time compared to the other one. Per supervisor she was going to contact both parents about said incident and never contacted them about the situation which I find truly unprofessional and makes we wonder if something worse was to happen or be said would they do the necessary steps to protect my step son!!

Horrible and abusive. I asked please don’t do feeding therapy with my son. They did it any way. ABA tech Alyssa pinched my son I was told my son was making up stories. They then preformed a body scan aka taking my son into a room and taking his clothes off to scan for bruises from Alyssa. I was not notified or asked for consent. When I lost my ever loving mind all I was offered were sorries and tears. I do not at all recommend this facility. My son heard the words gateway and absolutely breaks down year later. This place did damage that can’t be undone. Disgusting and unprofessional.
