Do not go to this place. I was told that I didn't have a copay. A whole month later I was billed for 3 copays taken directly out my account. I didn't know the amount or anything. I knew NOTHING... A simple phone call to me for the very first copay would have been proper etiquette, but to let it go to 3 payments and charging all 3 payments at once without my authorization is insane after running my insurance telling me I had no copay. The last appointment, Destiny took my driver's license and insurance card to another room to scan them and only hand me my insurance card back. She told me she didn't have my driver's license. She then went back in the same room, came out holding my driver's license. Don't get me wrong, the therapist was great, it's the receptionist and other staff thats awful. I'm going to notify everyone until I get my money back.

I had a wonderful experience with Peter today, and my therapeutic massage was nothing short of amazing. I definitely did not feel the same as I walked in. Gateway Family Therapy and Wellness is located in Benton and the establishment is so inviting and the ambiance is so beautiful. They have gained a new client as I will be returning to take advantage of some of the other services they have to offer.

Attending the trauma yoga class at Gateway was nothing short of amazing. I went right before my wedding, and it was exactly what my mind, body, and spirit needed. The space felt incredibly safe, grounding, and welcoming. The instructor guided us with so much compassion and intention—it wasn’t just about the poses, but about releasing what I didn’t even realize I was still carrying. I walked out feeling lighter, more present, and emotionally clear. If you’ve experienced trauma of any kind and want a space to heal and reconnect with yourself, this class is truly a gift. I’m so grateful I found it at the perfect time.

I've been working with Ms. Norris for a while now and can honestly say I am in a much better place. She is kind, a great listener, ask probing questions and assigns homework that has a way of keeping you focused on the challenge you are working on until your next visit. She is very patient, has empathy and passionate about her patients. I was hesitant about therapy, but she has a way of making you forget it's therapy and just letting it out.
