I completed their enrollment with insurance companies, but this organization appears to be engaging in fraudulent practices. Some of their providers may lack the proper experience or licenses, and the services they deliver do not meet expectations or address client concerns. Please be alert and exercise caution! Be careful when dealing with this business. In my experience, there were serious issues involving misrepresentation and unfair refund demands after services were completed. I fulfilled my responsibilities and provided proof of completed work, yet the organization still challenged the outcome. I had a very negative experience with this organization and would advise others to be cautious. Please be aware of individuals associated with this matter, including Jeffrey Thompson (owner), Alex Shaw (Director of Operations), and providers Amalie Holly, Raegan Cathleen Gould, Crissy Starr Jackson, Mikayla Shea Ebner, and Valencia Ashley. From my side, all required work for credentialing services was completed and supported with full evidence. After completion, the organization disputed the outcome and requested a refund despite the work being delivered.
