There is a passion for these kids and it shows. Staff activities and engagement has improved greatly due to some of the staff working hard on wanting the clinic to be the best place anyone would want to work. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is staff shortage issues.

My 5 year old son has improved significantly since he started ABA therapy here. All the staff members we had were great from the first day. My son Tim enjoys going to all his therapy sessions. I highly recommend this location.

Our Experience with ACES – After 8 Months of Services We worked with ACES for over 8 months to support our son through in-home ABA therapy. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope this review helps other families make informed choices. In the beginning, the ACES team promised individualized support, experienced therapists, clear behavior plans, and strong parent collaboration. But in practice, these promises were rarely fulfilled. Key concerns: Lack of strategy or structure: Supervisors often showed up with no clear plan. There was no consistent intervention tailored to my child’s needs. Inexperienced therapists: Many therapists were young and untrained. They had limited knowledge of core ABA principles such as the four functions of behavior. Some missed more than 50% of scheduled sessions. Poor time use: Much of the session time was spent writing, not interacting. Sessions lacked variety, creativity, or engagement. Our child became bored and frustrated. Eye contact goals were poorly handled: Instead of using natural strategies like play or shared attention, therapists simply repeated, “eye contact” — which only upset our son and made him anxious. Weak supervision: Supervisors barely engaged with our child during sessions and often seemed distracted. Opportunities for modeling good interaction were missed. No collaboration with other services: Their inconsistent and sometimes harmful methods negatively affected progress made with school and speech therapy. After months of trying, we saw no meaningful improvements — only frustration. Our child lost interest in therapy, and we felt unsupported and unheard. Final thought: ACES may sound promising during the intake process, but that didn’t reflect our actual experience. If you're considering their in-home services, please look deeper and ask detailed questions. We regret the time we lost.

Is this place even real? It feels like a scam. I reached out for services and they promptly called back and sent me an online registration packet. When I didn’t submit immediately they followed up saying they were eager to get us started. I submitted and followed up via email only to be met with crickets. I have called several times and left multiple voicemails and still have not heard a peep. Don’t waste your time. Look elsewhere.

I can’t say enough great things about my son’s experience with ACES. From the moment we started last year, the entire team has been nothing short of amazing. The front desk staff is always welcoming and kind, and every therapist shows so much genuine care and love for my son. Since beginning therapy, we’ve seen incredible improvements in his behavior and communication. The progress he’s made over the past year has been life-changing, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the dedication and support we’ve received. I truly appreciate everything they do for him.
