We are a former and returning family to GLNB center. We decided to return due to the fact that Dr. Boys taking over the clinic. (we say him at the U of M 9 yrs prior with our son) In full transparency, we were not pleased with our daughter's exam back in 2019. We were especially not pleased with the physician we worked with at that time. Going back this time was a completely different experience. From front end staff to clinicians and assistants we were very pleased that we decided to return. They were very accommodating and helpful. The only reason for the 4 stars is due to the fact that the wait time to get in is very long. However, this is the case with most clinics of this nature.

Got my daughter evaluated, that aspect went well. Was told I'd get a zoom link morning of feedback session. I had to personally reach out 3 times to get the link and I finally received it around 1pm for a 3pm zoom. Was told at the end of that meeting I'd have a rough draft of the full report by Friday (this was on Wednesday December 17th). It is now January 8th. I emailed Dr. Boys on December 31st inquiring about the report and have yet to hear a single thing back.
