My first visit the staff made me feel very comfortable. Mr. Michael answered all the questions that I had and explained to me what we was going to work on to get me to that goal where i can get my pain under control, I very much appreciate that. Everyone was professional and courteous. I look forward to continuing my Therapy with the staff !!

These people claiming the rooms are not inviting and the staff don't know what they're doing are the same type of people that complain that the ice is too cold, and the coffee is too hot. My God! I have been a patient of Mike's for nearly a year. I had major life threatening injuries. he, and his team brought me back from the dead. Of all the Dr's and specialists I saw to that point, he was the ONLY one to ask me how was my mental health doing after hearing how extensive my injuries were. In my opinion, he is a damn Saint! He and his team are not only friends, they are family. I would have absolutely no problem giving any one of them spare keys to my home. Amber is a treasure and very in tune with all patients at all times. Megan is a wonderful presence and makes sure to explain each and every exercise, so that you can maximize the benefit, and clearly cares if you're comfortable or if you're in pain. Shelby is a new addition to the team, but I have seen her growth as a member, and she has become instrumental in making the office a well oiled machine. Mckenzie, well, I can't say that she's all of the glue, but she has taken the office to another level. In my opinion, she should be in charge of talent acquisition, music selection, conversation distribution and overall performance enhancement. She is amazing and will not be matched. Sadly, I am moving to another city, and with that, Mike took Control of that and coordinated with the new therapist, and made sure they know the ins and outs of my injuries, therefore, ensuring a seamless transition takes place. To put a bow on this review, if you want a run of the mill, cookie cutter, physical therapy team, this ain't the place for you. If you want a group that actually cares whether you get better and stay better, run(don't walk) to gulf coast IH.

My first experience with a physical therapist went well. The staff is so welcoming and the energy there just feels right. Michael was very professional, thorough, and I feel like i am on the road to recovery under his care.

Gulf Coast Integrative Health is an awesome physical therapy center. Mr. Mike and his staff in New Iberia, LA are awesome. They are working with my son who had 5 major reconstructive foot surgeries due to advanced pronation. Gulf Coast Integrative Health is phenomenal. My son is progressing well with their guidance. He’s gaining confidence and walking well. I highly recommend them to anyone needing therapy.

Dr Sandy, is one of a kind I have been with her for years through many ups and downs and she truly cares. To most people you are just a number but with Dr. Sandy she takes her time to truly understand and makes sure that you leave her office better than when you came in. I don't know what id do without her she makes you feel equal and like your family.

Dr Sandy is the best! This is far from easy and not everyone is kind, helpful, or understanding. It helps to have someone like her helping you through the process walking you through each step. You can trust her to make the decisions you need in order to get better. Pls pls pls trust me when I say if you were thinking about doing it this is your sign call today and ask for Dr Sandy trust me she will not steer you in the wrong direction. Run don’t walk she’s the best!

I went there since 2005, they constantly would change my counselor n eventually the last one in 2023 just didn't bother even showing up to appnts. It's impossible to get through to the doctor's, their med line is no help getting refills n prior auths. Even doctors say, how is this place even still open???? I finally found a better place. What a nightmare. I git zero help but needed help.sp I kept going to counseling in hopes I'd get help..nope. they really need to shut this place down.

Terrible, insanely awful experience here for my spouse and I both. I have been a patient here for about 10 months and in that ten months I have spoken to my counselor TWICE. She consistently dismisses appointments and doesn’t call or is “not in the office” when I call to ask why I didn’t receive my telehealth appointment. The last time I spoke to her I told her I was suffering greatly with my mental state, this was on a Friday, and she told me “I will call you on Monday and check in. I’m worried about you.” That was December 2nd, it is now march and I have yet to hear from her again. And the receptionists are rude and do not contact you to give you appointment times. You will need to call to ask them when they have decided to schedule you for. And then they act terribly rude when you say you weren’t aware of the appointment time (BECAUSE THEY NEVER CONTACTED YOU TO INFORM YOU!!!) The only good experience I’ve had here is with my prescriber, she’s wonderful. Lovely, and very prompt at making sure I always have refills and listens to me and makes me feel very cared for. (Thank you Courtney!) My spouse has had a similar experience here but the opposite, her prescriber will not ever call her or be available during her set appointment times. And my spouse has now gone 5 months in a row without her medication for at least 3 or four days because her prescriber won’t send her refills without an appointment… but at the same time refuses to see the appointments through. For those of you on mental health medication you know how detrimental it is to STAY on them and not have bouts of time without them, especially on a consistent basis. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do not go here. Don’t even use it as a last resort. Please take care of yourself and do not be pushed around by these people.
