I have to review this place because it needs more stars!!! I feel like this location doesn’t get enough attention it deserves! My daughter khalani was on a waitlist at the emerge (a different facility) for over 2 years with no updates, only offered parent classes and they wouldn’t even let my daughter attend. I called gulf south and it’s like all my problems were solved after! Having an autistic child can be worrying just sending them to new places. This place was a true blessing. The staff is very welcoming and professional. They taught my daughter so many things that I thought would be difficult for her to learn. My daughter progressed so much and I can only thank gulf south and their staff. They taught her to communicate, taught her to count , taught her her abcs and so much more. They applied for a aac device and so much more for my daughter. They lifted such a huge weight off our shoulders. I cannot express how thankful I am to have gulfsouth be apart of my daughter’s life. A special thankyou to the aba therapist Kim, speech and ot, and the techs Michelle and Elante. The rest of the staff also. Thankyou so much. My daughter graduated last year and we were so sad to go and miss them dearly! If you are looking for a qualified aba therapist reach out to gulf south!
