Called the morning of September 19th to get an appointment for my daughter. The person that answered said they were in a meeting and that they would need to call me back. No problem, they took my name and number. Waited about 4 hours with no return call, so I called them back. Sounded like the same person answered again. They said in order to make an appointment I would need to fill out an intake packet, then they would conduct an initial consultation. I asked if they could send the intake packet so we could get started. They then said in order to send me the intake packet they would need to call me back (strange, but okay). Took my info again and said they would try to call me back that day (it was around 2:30) but if not, definitely the next day which was a Saturday. It is Oct 6th, never got a call. Luckily we were able to find another practice the next week to take our daughter to.

The Dr we have for our daughter is great however the office not organized. They never answer the phone. (Edit) Owner reached out and was able to get my son in for an evaluation. Organization still lacking but it’s improving

waited since March for an appointment, it’s now September . No one contacted me had to keep calling to be told I can’t get an in person appointment only tele health seriously 😒

Dr. Ortiz & Staff is the best very helpful & friendly with a smile. Every time I come for my appointment I feel like I’m part of the Ohana they make me feel so comfortable & relax like I’m in my own home. Dr. Ortiz is the best if your a veteran or combat veteran and you need help with PTSD or other mental disabilities then don’t hesitate to call make an appointment ASAP. Before Dr. Ortiz I went through 5 different psychologists because I just did not feel comfortable & there were no connection with other psychologists. With Dr. Ortiz not only did she make me feel relax & comfortable but she really listens and she makes me feel like I’m not only a patience but also part of the Ohana!!! All Veterans looking for a awesome Psychogist look no further & if your fighting the VA for service connected disabilities then you really have to make an appointment ASAP. Much Mahalo

Dont go to Dr Robert Hsia. He made a false report to Cps because I refused services. He couldn't even get my Son to do the test. So im thinking Robert is upset because it didnt go his way and that we stopped services. Going in now to see Dr LISA Duke🙏🙏🙏
