Dr. Richner is very good at what she does. I came in wanting a screening and to take charge of my mental health. She helped me more than I could've imagine. I felt confused when I first came in. by the end of my screening she gave me options and explained to me that I'm not broken. I was brought to tears. The staff here is attentive, professional and kind. As far as mental health services go people have to understand Idaho is very backed up and have long wait lists to see or talk to a psychiatrist. Get on that list. I waited too. It's worth it. They know these lists are long and only do what they can.Health west city center is a good place to go.

The people at this clinic are incredibly unhelpful to people with mental health issues. Specifically one doctor who claims to help mental health patients and has an American flag hanging in his office. I went to this place for a medication adjustment and left in a panic attack in a full blown crisis because of the way I was treated. If you are seeking mental health services I do not recommend this place at all.

If I could give a -5 I would have given it. I really wish I would have read the reviews! But when you’re in a mental health crisis you don’t stop to think about that. I went there knowing I was struggling as the meds I should have been taken were by a Colorado DR so I couldn’t get them here. These people took my suffering then asked for 195$ not telling me what it was for, she only said “the plan” I assumed it was for a few appts. NOPE, they then called the next day and wanted another 95$ and I still had two other appts to get there. IF they really cared they would be clear. This place is a big SCAM.so now I’m out 300$ and still struggling mentally but they don’t care, they got their money and dropped me. I would never ever go back to this place again!!

Tried to get therapy with them. My health insurance says that I’m covered yet. The lady kept telling me I would have to pay out-of-pocket and didn’t wanna listen to me. I struggle with addiction and have been trying to get therapy for years now and every time I go trying to get help from people. I’m always turned away. I’m so glad that our mental health people care more about money than the actual person needing help.

This place will give the impression that the accept your insurance and after you fill out the paperwork and talk to them briefly you will discover they actually don't accept most insurances but will try to scam you into paying a fee like they do, yet they don't. The fee your paying is what anyone pays depending on your income. That being said don't put any trust in these people trying to actually help you with the issue you may have. This place clearly just wants your money.

I have been through seven case managers. The med doctor decided she didn't want to work with me anymore. After I told her several times that I was having issues my medications I told my case managers. I was having issues with my medications and I begged and pleaded for something to happen and nobody made anything happen. So I weaned myself off of the medications that were making me feel like I was going to hurt myself or somebody and they get mad at me for that. Even though I had reached out numerous times, I have been without any medication to stabilize me since October and it I don't have an appointment again until January. This is just not acceptable. I need something. I need better service from them and I need them to address the needs needs and the concerns that I have.

Act like they care when in fact do not. I know you guys get busy and not everyone you see is on the straight and narrow but to not call when you said you would and not call at all even is top of the line bad service. Bob made it seem like he really wanted to help even talking to me cussing out and talking badly about his coworker April because of the way she wrote something “he was gonna talk with his supervisor “ and nothing became of it. I’ve left messages on his phone. The Jackie lady who was supposed to put in a Prior auth. also couldn’t be bothered to give us a call to let us know if my little brother got in or not. If he didn’t just let us know so we can move on. Absolutely terrible service.
