We have had a wonderful experience at the Holland Center! The therapists are well trained and they offer services that no one else does - for children who have no other means of communication. We are so thankful for your work!!

God bless the work you do. Don't allow the negative feedback you're receiving to interfere with the mission. It's clear who's doing this. Continue to speak out about the fraud and who's committing it.

Jennifer Larson (CEO) serves families from the Somali community. In a recent public post, Jennifer Larson referenced “Somali autism centers” in connection with fraud while discussing Medicaid payment delays. Many providers across the state are experiencing frustration with delayed or reduced Medicaid payments, and that frustration is understandable and widely shared. However, when providers serve families from a specific cultural or ethnic community, it’s important that public messaging does not single out that same community or broadly associate it with wrongdoing. Families who rely on these services may feel targeted, blamed, or unwelcome when they see their community publicly referenced in this way. Especially already during stressful times, families deserve reassurance, respect, and neutrality from the providers they trust with their children’s care.
