My son is authorized for more than 40 hours per insurance, and sadly, they only cover him for 2 per week. Because they're taking more cassis, they neglect the patients they already have. They're very unprofessional. And the receptionist, Sandy, tells you... you can look at other companies.

My daughter has been with ibh for q little over a year an will be starting aba classes soon. I couldnt be more happier with the way they handle everything an especially how great my daughter teacher ms. Melissa is with her.

Not happy about the service we're receiving was told it would be a good idea to transition our son into at home thearpy we decided ok let's try it after being with this company for 6 months! Our rbt had to leave which was understandable and we was aware of and she gave notice to company of her leaving well in advance..She was a great fit with our child so were hoping next rbt will be as well .Well fast forward to her now have left guess whst we also have no new rbt and it's going on week 2 seriously. This is a slack way of setting up a new transition and it's making us feel like home thearpy was not a good choice.

My initial interaction with this office was very pleasant. Any questions that I had were answered promptly. And we have been given a ton of useful resources for my child. I am thankful to have been introduced to this facility!

Received a text message yesterday am at 7:30, from Kenosha, which IS NOT professional at all. I work on health care myself, and would NEVER do this to my patients. I responded after verifying my insurance would cover their facility, replied to her text and set up appointment for 4:15 pm today. Never received a call, she did not return my texts either. Poor customer service to ghost a potential patients parent! Very unhappy!

My son has autism and the process on getting him into therapy was so quick and simple! I love Lorraine so much she gives my son EVERYTHING he needs and deserves. She works so well with him. This company deserves a five star rating but I cannot give it that on just one person alone. I wish there was a way for me to also sit in on a zoom call session like I was told at the beginning and not when my child’s second therapist is tending to him. I would like to see his first RBT session too. It’s such a miscommunication between me and the person over the calls. One week I was told I would start that Tuesday and when it came around I was told Thursday and it kept getting pushed back and when I finally was on a call it was going into the end of my sons sessions and I live 30 minutes away and that seemed like an issue but I can’t help that.

Very understanding and worked very well with my child. They knew the issue and didn't brush us off like most places have. They gave me some resources and encouraged me to go after the help my child needs. Very thankful we went here for my sons testing!
