We are very happy with the help Imagine gave our daughter! Everyone was very caring and helped our daughter with her struggles. We were so blessed to have had Deana as our therapist. She and our daughter worked so well together and Deana … More

I have been with them for over 20 years. Even though our relationship was rocky at times, they always seem to make good in the end. I would and have recommended them to everyone looking for any kind of care.

Do not trust this place is all it is is a daycare for teenagers. They do not help your children and the minute you don't listen to what you're told to do. You will have the police at your door. Taryn take your child away. They will report … More

After completing 28 days in NorthPoint, I transitioned into Ashwood. Since starting my program there, I have gained so many valuable skills that are crucial in maintaining my sobriety. The staff is awesome. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I am forever grateful for this program and how it has helped to change my life.

I have gone through the Imagine program four times in the span of two years and it was overall a very healing experience. The staff were amazing, even when dealing with their own struggles in life, it felt like they were always there to support me. I would recommend this program to anyone.

Family member gained skills to resist harmful urges, learned refusal skills, and found ways to calm down when upset. Removal from the problem setting into a place to reset, reassess, and reflect was helpful for all family members involved. Helpful advocate with insurance coverage and mitigation of costs. Always a happy pick up after each day. A low demand atmosphere is a gift in teen life. The field trips were definitely a highlight and break to experience enjoyment in an otherwise non-preferred situation for being admitted in the first place. I'd say we are better off almost 1 year later given the expectation that Imagine was there to help, not necessarily solve our problems. That was for us to do as a family.

I went to imagine from January-march 2021 when I was 15 and struggled with sh. My experience was amazing! I met so many cool people and the staff was so kind. I learned so many coping skills, and I learned my passion for journaling which I still use to this day! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is struggling. And please remember that you not alone and there are so many people available that want to help you get better. 🫶

No stars if I could. Truly the worst thing we ever did was bring our child here. The “therapist” was a 20 something intern that cared more about being friends with our 17 year old than anything else. Completely enabled her behavior, undermined us as parents, encouraged her to leave for a boy when she turned 18. Reading through the papers our daughter brought home from Imagine, it is so clear that they spent no time actually analyzing the cause of behaviors and instead just befriended her. They did the exact opposite of what they said they would, never had a family session, and made the situation we were in with our child 1000 times worse than it was before she went. Erika and Tayla were who our child saw the most and I implore you, DO NOT let your kid see either of those two, don’t even send them to this facility. Absolutely heartbreaking what they did to our child.

I am disappointed that Imagine is very one sided. In a split household, they have done a very poor job at keeping both parties informed and checking in with both parents in regards to the child. For the last six weeks, we have tried to make an appointment with the counselor and he has just not responded. Then when we got pushy they made up their own understanding of custody papers. They have poorly handled the situation with my stepdaughter. Very unprofessional. In a meeting with the counselor we were told one thing and then instantly the counselor got distance, started beating around the bush to answer questions, not responding to other professionals and when he did, told her one thing and then refused to do it when it came time. Today I missed a call from the Regional Director and asked for a call back, and again, did not get that call back.
