Claim your listing!I am an adult that sought care at this location. They were quick on intake, the testing process was thorough and professional, but as every other patient has noted they are swift with everything *Except* with getting you the paperwork that you desperately need, which is the only reason you come here. Consistently Ignores calls and e-mails. Only time I did get a call-back the person on the line was short and unprofessional with me. I did know coming into this practice that they were slow to get paperwork out but I had no idea it would be *this* bad. Avoid them, especially if you are a parent seeking help for your child, because you will not get it here.

Over a year later and still no report for my child. I now have to home school him since the school can’t accommodate him without paperwork. I will be reporting this center to my insurance for fraud. Over a year for paperwork is ridiculous. And based off these reviews this what y’all do, take your sweet time as if people aren’t coming here for help for their children.

If no stars were an option thats what they would recieve. My daughter was evaluated back in May. We had our zoom meeting about 6 weeks later and were told to expect paperwork in an email within 4 to 6 weeks so August or early September. Here we are January. Not one damn word from them, our 10 year old is missing out on assistance because of this company, we almost feel like its a scam because they billed insurance and got paid but we have not recieved anything. 8 months is absolutely insane. Do not use, go anywhere else. We drove 2 hours, if we could go back I would drive 12hrs to go anywherr else.

DO NOT USE THEM! My son was previously diagnosed through this center years ago. We wanted to get another evaluation due to his age and things changing. I took my son to the appointment and everything was fine. After that it went to crap! I had a video call scheduled to go over results. Waited to be "Let In" for OVER AN HOUR! I called every number I could find online to let them know. "Hey, I'm here and waiting". No one ever answered a phone! It just rings or goes straight to Voicemail. I took off time from work for this appointment and they just no showed!! Very Professional!! Hey, the got paid though. Guess that's all they cared about. I understand things change and people need to cancel or reschedule appointments, but you have to let the patients know about it! That's me being generous that something happened. Ugh, I'm so pissed.

Edit: the same day I posted this review, they emailed me her report. I'm going to repeat what all these other reviews have said, please don't use them for the evaluation and diagnosis of your child. My 16-year-old was evaluated and given her final appointment on June 20th with her diagnosis. We were told we would get the report within 6 weeks, we never did. I have called many times. They used to return my phone calls saying please give us more than a week even though they already had 3 months and now they don't even bother calling back after I leave messages. Now we want to look at medication with our primary doctor but have no paperwork to back it up. We used to use this place before covid and it was punctual. Now I would not recommend
