Love, love, love IMPACT they have been making great strides in my daughter's day to day life goals. She really is blooming in her day to day life and I have seen great improvement in her school work as well.

When your child is excited to go to therapy, you know something is right and you know he's in good hands! Absolutely amazing and caring staff that go above and beyond. Could not be happier with our decision to choose Impact for our son's therapy!

Tabby an Taylor are top of the line the best employee's of that place!! I would give them 5 stars without a doubt!! They aren't in it just for a pay check,they genuinely care for your child/family, and go above and beyond for your kiddos. I gave 2 stars for reasons beyond there control. I give 2 stars because I didn't agree with or like how we were "transitioned" by the owner and felt an feel like she picks n chooses who she wants to help. I have another child that's been on a waiting list for over TWO year's an hasn't move up in the line at all? But yet there's new staff an kid's all the time?? And I'm not the only person this is happening too either unfortunately. The website lists in-home and center based treatment but once you agree to try the center it's extremely difficult to go back to in-home if it's needed because "all staff is at the center an they don't have anyone available to do in-home sessions" well then don't advertise both. She also advertises as doing respite care and again that is also false information as I was told they only do it for a select few families that are already clients of impact. It shouldn't be advertised online as an available option to the community when it is not. Granted there's a huge need for this in Sheboygan County, the place as a whole with the staff mentioned above is great!! If the above staff ever leave then it won't be as great. I strongly believe they are what make that place so great!! They truly make all the difference in your child/families life and they will always remain close to our hearts!
