The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The children blossom because they can feel that the people actually care. If you live in or near Katy, Texas, Individualized Intervention (they go by 'I Squared") is an amazing ABA Clinic, way different than the larger, institutional clinics.

Ari, Janay and all the tech's including the owner, Sham, all are absolutely amazing! They truly care about the kiddos. When we first dropped our son off, we were really worried about his social skills and behavioral challenges, but this place has been such a blessing for our family. Our son is flourishing here. My son was in this center and I can’t express how grateful I am to each of you, the love and dedication you put into my son was unique, you taught me to understand my son from another point of view and taught me to handle each of the situations that presented themselves. It is not only help for the child but for the whole family.

My son received exceptional care at i2ABA. I am so grateful with the quality of care he received. Everyone work together here to provide wonderful care, and good management. This place has been a godsend for my child and family. The staff are great to interact with and they truly place the best interest of my child first. Any questions or concerns I had, was always answered in a timely manner by the owners--not staff, managers, or RBT's but the owners themselves! I like that they are a local small clinic and not a conglomerate. I am a proud supporter of small businesses--mainly because they spend a lot of time in giving exceptional customer service and the earnings stay locally. I am just sad that my child is graduating in a couple of weeks from their program. I know he is ready, and glad that he is but sad that we will no longer see them. As a fairly new aba clinic, I was a bit hesitant to have my child attend therapy with them. Woah, was I wrong! They have the most caring staff and therapist. Their BCBA's are the best in terms of listening to my needs and my child's needs. They also have summer programs and field trips for their clients--which my child fully participated and enjoyed! They also have after school social activities which has improved my child's interaction with his school mates. Because they are small boutique like clinic, which means no big investors focusing on the bottom line, I like that they actually listen to you and place the best interest of my child first! I also fully take advantage of their one-to-one parent trainings and communication--which means if I have a question or need to reach administration staff I am able to to do just that. I can call or text them--and they are available for you. I just can't say enough good things about this place and I am glad my child is being treated there. His behavior is improving and when I have to pick him up...he doesn't want to leave!
