Rita is an amazing therapist. I have been struggling for a long time and I tried therapy about two years ago and I thought it wasn’t for me. I’m so happy I gave it another try with a different therapist because I have been feeling better than ever lately. She is extremely kind and offers different ways to look at things to help me understand why I react or think certain things and helps me actively battle my negative thoughts and feelings. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to try therapy, I can’t believe the difference it has made in my life so far and I can’t wait to see how much more I can heal and grow with more sessions

Rita is so thoughtful and kind. You can tell she cares about you and your issues no matter how small they may seem to you. I’ve had a couple times where my appointment time didn’t work and she goes above and beyond to accommodate me. I can tell how much seeing her has been helping me.

Rita is extremely amazing! She has been helping me with a difficult emotional time in my life working through my grief of losing my Husband and all the many setbacks and triggers attributed to the job he had.
