My experience with Mary Rutan Therapy was very positive from checking in to working with the therapists. The therapists explained to me before each procedure. They also picked up on my anxiety and had an extra lady come into my room to help. I really appreciated the follow up call when my therapy was finished. I would highly recommend Mary Rutan Therapy.

We were never informed of the actual cost prior to receiving treatment, despite asking multiple times. We were given a pricing sheet at the first visit, but staff told us those prices would not apply to us and that they would need to run everything through our insurance to determine the real cost. We asked multiple times for them to run insurance but they brushed us off and said they couldn't. They also said it would most likely be covered. Several months later, we received a bill for over $1,000. This situation could have been avoided if anyone had simply verified our insurance coverage or provided an accurate estimate beforehand. Instead, we were led to believe that insurance would cover the treatment. Do not take treatment if they will not give you transparent pricing.

MRH Therapy services are amazing! Great facility with friendly, trained professionals who truly care about their patients. Want to give special thanks to Carrie, Corey & Keegan. My evaluation with Carrie was attention to detail with my care & follow up. Noting helpful exercise for home & additional therapy services for future if needed. So blessed to have many wonderful services so close to home with staff who treat you like family.

My experience with Mary Rutan Therapy And Sports Medicine was nothing but positive. From the very first day to the very last, every physical therapist I had was professional, kind and were genuinely concerned about my specific issues. I was always greeted with a smile and a “How are you feeling today?” Since most times I had a different therapist, they reviewed everything from the prior session and conducted the session with what they determined would help my recovery best. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend Mary Rutan Therapy and Sports Medicine to anyone needing physical therapy.

I was very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of the Therapists. I had the opportunity to work with several different therapists. All of them provided good direction and effective treatment. Typically I worked with the same 2 therapists throughout my 17 treatments. I appreciated this continuity of treatment. Several things impressed me with these folks. 1. They actually read my background and issues I was dealing with. They were prepared and did not waste my time. If I had a different therapist, they actually read the notes from my previous session to see if there were any concerns or issues. 2. I like to know how a why things are done in a certain way. If I had questions about an exercise or treatment, they explained it at a level that made sense to me. I really appreciate that they took the time to do that. 3. The folks doing the scheduling for the appointments were awesome. They responded quickly to any cancellations or changes, and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. 4. The therapists listened to me. If something did not work, or hurt, they changed it up. They challenged me, but made sure I didn’t get hurt. 5. I feel that the staff had a genuine goal of getting me better. They were not just going off a script to treat me. They asked questions, adapted, and found things that worked! I appreciate their skill and support ! Thank you!
