As a registered behavior technician working for the New Jersey location, I can honestly say I really enjoy working for Continuum. Everyone is willing to support and help one another to ensure the client’s and their families are receiving the proper services needed. I never feel uncomfortable reaching out to any of my supervisors with questions regarding programs for skill acquisition or behavior reduction. Working with the little guys is wonderful, and making a difference in their lives is great! Continuum really cares.

I have worked for Continuum for 5 years. I love the flexibility I have with this company and the lack of pressure to bill a certain amount of hours. Before I had a family, I was able to work 40+ hours per week because that is what I want. Now that I have a family, I choose to only work 2-8 hours per week so that I can take care of my family. I also like that they provide free CEUs, monthly meetings, and individual check-ins as needed.

It's been almost five years since I started working with Continuum as a BCBA. One of the things that stands out to me about this company is the level of flexibility they provide. You can have 1 client or you can have 15 clients depending on your desired work hours, you have autonomy when you want it but you also have the support of a great clinical team, you can provide in-home services and sometimes remote, you can work from your home office and still have a job if you move to one of our other regional offices. In the years that I've worked for Continuum, it's also clear to see the growth of the company and it continues to get better, especially with the new employee incentive program, bonuses, free CEUs, etc. My favorite part is they allow for personal growth and development in your areas of interest at a level that I've never experienced with any other employer! Definitely happy being part of the Continuum family!!!

I love working with Continuum! I have developed so many relationships within this company. As an employee, I feel 100% supported with everything I do. My questions never go unanswered. I love that this company requires you to be an RBT before getting started with clients. At my old job, that was not the case. At Continuum everything is done right and the way its suppose to be in the ABA world!
