I can't recommend Above and Beyond Learning Group (ABLG) enough. As a parent of a child who is neurodiverse and receives ABA, OT and Speech we have seen that their child-centered approach that focuses on treating the whole child has worked best with our child.

Absolutely worst customer service. We are covered for international travel and simply needed a letter saying that we are covered during the dates of travel. They had a blanket letter that was vague and simply did not want to alter it for any reason. The customer service rep said that supervisors were not available for me to speak to regarding this and she was a lead herself. Such a shame that I had to purchase insurance for my travel visa even though I had it covered with ACN.

This company reaches out to Care Providers for lists of patients of a certain age that are due for a colonoscopy, they get mass approvals from Doctors and have Cologard sent out tests to peoples homes, in "hopes" they will take and return the tests. I can only imagine the majority are discarded, waiting money and resources, driving up costs! I now had to call this company to request a no contact, have to call Cologard to request no contact and I guess call my provider to tell them to not share my information like this.

Horrible provider, constantly causes issues for me at urgent care, psych appointments, and even for getting a vaccine. I’m still waiting on a major procedure bill from last year because they’re being such sticks in the mud. Everyone seems to have problems verifying my insurance. It’s a constant struggle that has costed me so much time, money, and energy.

There are a lot to be liked from the services ACN provides especially when you sign up with them through your employer. They have friendly supportive staff whom you can tell have a sense of urgency when working with client requests such as treatment authorization. They have good in-network coverage and excellent out-of-network coverage for very reasonable premium. ACN is the best option for health insurance in my view if your employer works with them.

Worst insurance ever!!! I have called over 25 Dr's that are in network and NONE of them actually perform a life saving treatment so I have to go Out of network. When my referred Out of network Dr calls the insurance ACN decides to tell them I should go see one of their In network providers first...I had 2 In network proivders refer me to the Out of network Dr to begin with. Never again will I ever select this insurance.
