We love KYO Autism Therapy! The team has been amazing! Arielle Is amazing and always available to answer questions and assist. Ms. Desdrianneja G. is the best she is always going above and beyond to assure my son receives the best care. Ms. Shalonda F is also very great she has been very helpful with trying different strategies to help my son succeed. We are very thankful for the amazing team and can already see the changes in both of our boys.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Kyo Care. They were one of the few companies who actually returned our call and welcomed us in when we needed support the most. From the very beginning, they’ve been incredibly understanding, compassionate, and committed to our daughter’s progress. She’s made so much progress in such a short amount of time—it’s truly amazing to witness. The therapists come to our home, which makes the sessions feel comfortable and natural, and they’re flexible with scheduling, which has been a huge help for our busy family. Our BCBA is incredibly knowledgeable and has been a great guide for us as parents who are new to this journey. She’s patient, insightful, and always makes sure we feel informed and supported. Both of our BRTs are fantastic—engaged, kind, and clearly passionate about what they do. We also appreciate that Kyo Care accepts Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, which made access to care much easier. Highly recommend to any family looking for thoughtful, evidence-based autism services with a personal touch.

My son is currently a "client" although I truly hesitate to say it when it's so obviously about money. Really what he is is a completely replaceable cash cow. My child and I have been treated with the most obscene amount of disregard. I refuse to leave because I LOVE his therapist..the bcba refuses to take part in his care and is constantly coming up with ridiculous excuses not to work with him. Nobody to.talj to.about it because they just shrug and say ok we will help u find another "provider". The upper management has no empathy and im terrified to even talk to them. They keep sending people with no experience to work with my son and have no real way to vet people. One acted like she was horrified to be here. Then they're on their own. No support whatsoever..his current and lovely therapist trains them and her direct upper, the bcba just sits at home silently.on a video call collecting momey. They dont.care. .at all.
