I did not have to wait long for my appointment, it was at the scheduled time. The desk staff is friendly. The MA and Doctor were thorough and efficient, they answered my questions. I needed to have X-rays the same day as my appointment, I was on a time crunch and the MA walked my referral to the hospital for me, which allowed me to keep my time line. A good experience overall.

I never feel the “we only have 30 minutes” rush. When providers there see you, you feel like you are the only person in the world. Compassionate, empathetic. Everyone there is pretty great!

I love KCC! Every person has always been friendly and helpful when I go there. No long waits for an appointment and I get right in at my scheduled time. Jenna Walker is my favorite health care provider there, but I've seen a few others and they were always helpful as well.
