I couldn’t be happier with the care and support my child receives at this ABA company. From day one, the staff has been professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to helping my child succeed. The therapists are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and caring, making every session something my child looks forward to. In fact he barely says goodbye to me when his therapist comes to get him from the lobby! I appreciate how well the team communicates with me as a parent. They keep me informed about my child’s progress and take the time to explain the techniques they’re using. I also love that they’re open to feedback and really work with us to create the best plan for my child’s needs. It’s clear that they genuinely care about each child’s growth and celebrate every milestone with us, no matter how big or small. The environment is warm and welcoming, and my child feels safe and supported here. I’ve seen incredible progress in my child since starting therapy, and I can’t thank the team enough for their hard work and dedication. This company has truly made a positive impact on our lives, and I highly recommend them to any parent seeking high-quality ABA services.

I am changing my review after several concerning incidents related to safety. If you are considering LVAC, I strongly advise anyone considering LVAC for their child's therapy to think twice. The lack of progress, refusal to listen to parental and professional concerns, high RBT turnover, and unsafe environment make it an unsuitable choice for effective and compassionate care.
