WARNING: Do not waste your time with this mess of a provider. They failed my child don't let them fail yours. By far the most irresponsible company I have ever dealt with in any industry especially their supervision and management.

I completed all of my paperwork for my son in March .It is now august and my son has not been seen .I have to keep calling and asking what’s going on . I keep being told “ we’ll have someone call you “ no one does . I just want to get the help my son needs . I feel that they don’t care . It’s very upsetting .

For the past year we have seen steady progress with our child attending sessions here in person and virtual. The team they have offers a great deal of support and they think carefully about the correct approach to use for any given issue.

I had to give one star in order to write a review but I wouldn't even give that. Basically they are under staffed and I myself have post job opening helping to get a worker for my son. They dnt have sub like other companies, dnt … More

Horrible billing practices. Even after you send them a check, and they deposit the money, they still keep sending you invoices for the full amount they think you owe. Services were okay, but didn’t feel the online sessions were as effective as the in person. The in person they require you to a 3 hour time commitment for 1 session or they won’t even consider offering it.

Horrible service. Customer service is terrible and they could at least pretend to care about their clients. Their attitudes towards the parents are awful. Lloyd talks at you and not to you. They didn't even try to rectify my concerns. I'm definitely choosing another ABA company.

My daughter has been coming to ABA with Leaf wing since 12/21. Teachers have noticed improvement with behavior and her speech. Bryan and Aaron are very patient and always seem to know what to do in situations where my daughter “shuts down”. They have gained my daughters trust and she’s always super excited when it’s appointment day!

When my son started with LeafWing, it looked like they really cared about him. As time went on, they became more unprofessional and their therapist did not seem to really enjoy what they did. Some of the therapist would play with my son for 2 hours and accomplish nothing. We had to constantly push the therapist to assist my son in areas we thought he could benefit. If we did not tell the therapist what we wanted, nothing would get done. We even had to kick out a therapist from our house as she was losing her patients with my son. The only good therapist they had left the organization and now I see why she did it. When I asked for a progress report, the report I was given was filled with old information and facts that did not happen. When I contacted his therapist, they told me they never gave any input in his progress report that I got. When I received the progress report from our program manager, she did not take the time to go over it and left to her next appointment. The program trainer was constantly changing appointments and never came to my house when she stated she would. When I contacted Dr. Lubbers to do a site visit to assist with my son, he said he would get back to me and never did. Do not use this organization as they only care about making money and do not take the time to see your child progress. Do not use them especially if you live in Twentynine Palms or Yucca Valley as they only fill the area with therapist that are more concerned with getting their hours so they can move to a better area.
