I am in foster care. I went there for just a pre-placement for eight days. I was only got one plate of food just one and I did not get to go outside at all. I sit in the room and did nothing. How do you even know I was there that long you … More

Those staff members have the most nastiest attitudes I've ever seen, but if you overlook that, you may began to feel happy, it depends on you.

Very unprofessional. My appointment was scheduled at 1:45pm but due to weather I arrived at 1:52 pm. They said my appointment was at 1:30 . My appointment card said 1:45 pm. They said they had new requirements for grace time. I did not receive a courtesy appointment reminder for my appointment or new changes.. Did not get to talk to Dr.that day despite asking to sit in the lobby until almost 3:00.

Dr.Tank is the worst doctor I've ever met. I have an extensive history of mental health issues however I almost committed thanks to his lack of understanding, empathy, and care. He refused me medication I've already been on for 10+years. When confronted on this matter he said "if you're this angry I don't know how people at home deal with you" Mind you he doesn't even come to the office! You stare at a TV while he talks at you like you don't matter! I understand when people are monotone I have experience with it due to autism in my friends and family. His is uncaring and cold. All considered I believe this is unacceptable and he should honestly loose his license. Dr. Eve however is the most patient, loving woman I've ever met in my life. She picked me up when he failed to help with medication. She has fought for me through this all and is part of why I'm carrying on.

Integrea Community Mental Health System is a fantastic addition to our community, offering essential services for those facing mental illness, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Their dedication to providing support for everyone, whether dealing with major challenges or just needing someone to talk to, is commendable. As a local realtor, I’m proud to support such a valuable resource that makes a real difference in people's lives. Highly recommend visiting them if you or someone you know needs help. I had the pleasure of attending their ribbon cutting ceremony today. #SupportLocal #MentalHealthMatters #AuburnALRealtor

Terrible experience. They need an actual auto-call system to remind and confirm patient appointments. The business is very backward and behind the times with technology. My child’s therapist doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing, which is a waste of time. I can tell she’s fairly new to the field. According to the therapist, it’s required to see a therapist twice before seeing a psychiatrist for medication, even if there’s a prior diagnosis and prescriptions on file. This place is not helping at all. It’s a total waste of time to drive to the Southside for a 30-minute appointment to receive information I could have found online. Additionally, our therapist made a remark implying I might not be able to comprehend her “professional lingo” on our goal list, which was an unnecessary waste of paper with basic wording that we already implement.

I come here to see Dr. Rowe for my medication and the staff has always been sweet and professional. I have witnessed them calm people who are being belligerent and I have seen them take abuse from clients (racial slurs, etc) that no one should have to deal with. As a nurse, I know it’s their job to take care of people no matter how mean or nasty or rude they are but I don’t think they get the acknowledgment they deserve for all they do and all they put up with. At one point during my appointment today, my partner felt he was going to have to intervene to protect some of the staff because of the threats and slurs by one patient his mother (apple didn’t fall far from that tree). Very few people have to deal with abusive language at their place of work on a regular basis but the staff remained calm and professional at every incident I’ve witnessed. They are amazing and deserve praise and recognition.
