We’ve been coming here for a few years now, and it’s been a positive experience for our family. Our kiddo has a regular therapist who truly knows and loves them. The team does an incredible job helping our child feel confident in what makes them unique, while also making steady progress toward their goals. As a parent, one thing I appreciate is how flexible they are with scheduling. If we need to shift an appointment, they’re quick to slot us in with another therapist so progress doesn’t stall. And when they need to adjust the schedule, they always give us a heads up ahead of time — which matters so much because my child needs time to process changes before walking into an appointment. And, we do this all over text, which makes it so easy. At the start of each session, there's a check in about how the week's been going. And then at the end of each session, we get updates about what they worked on and how it ties into their goals. It’s reassuring to see the intentionality behind each activity and how they integrate that check-in info into the session. The waiting area is comfortable, and I love that they have outdoor seating for nice days; I’ve definitely taken advantage of that! The lobby Wi-Fi hasn’t worked in a while, which is a small bummer, but I just use my phone’s hotspot and it’s manageable. Overall, we feel lucky to be here. The therapists and front office staff are skilled, caring, and empowering!

Starting Occupational Therapy has been a transformative experience for our son and our entire family. We have seen such a profound difference in his confidence, his ability to regulate his emotions, and his mastery of daily tasks that used to be a struggle. The therapist’s patient, play-based approach has made our son actually look forward to every session, turning 'work' into something he truly enjoys. Beyond the physical progress, the practical strategies we’ve been given have significantly reduced stress at home and helped us understand his needs on a much deeper level. We are so grateful for the expertise and genuine care that have helped our son reach milestones we once felt were out of reach.

We just LOVE LOVE LOVE our CTL staff!! They make our days better! They have the Biggest Hearts for our kids! The Creative Themes weekly keep the kids engaged in so many different ways! The kids Love the Gym and all of the Challenges they face! They Love the Crafts! They center the crafts activities around meaningful ideas and tasks to each child’s interests. Most of the time our kids don’t even know why they are at CTL (to work on their own skills) AS IT’S SOOO FUN!

The team working at this clinic have been life changing. Everyone works together as a team. They frequently staff their clients to ensure that goals written for speech, ABA, and OT overlap, so the client is receiving input/therapy in different ways all the while, they are working on the same goals. Parents are briefed every day and the clients are closely monitored for progress. The individuals working in the office work closely with parents to be proactive about scheduling additional therapies when applicable and the billing for services is always accurate. I recommend this clinic to anyone who has a kiddo in need of therapy.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I believe this is truly the best therapy clinic in the state of Idaho. We’re in our second year of receiving services for our son, and we couldn't be more grateful for the staff and the progress our son has made in that time. From the time you enter the front door and interact with the amazing front desk staff to the incredibly knowledgeable therapists that establish such wonderful rapport and are truly a wealth of knowledge…you can trust that your child and your family is being supported! Their hard work and dedication to providing interest based therapy sessions and their compassion to involve you in the treatment planning is unmatched to anywhere else I’ve been. We drive over an hour each way each week because I know each and every time that our child is getting the best possible care and they are educating and supporting us every step of the way! We couldn’t be more grateful for TCTLC!
