Claim your listing!I am deeply concerned and honestly heartbroken by what I have recently learned regarding allegations of false claims being submitted to insurance companies for services that were not provided. If this information is accurate, it is extremely serious and impacts not only funding, but the trust and well-being of the children and families you serve. I'm honestly heartbroken writing this. We waited so long to get my son ABA services, and we finally found a BCBA and RBT who were incredible with him. They understood him, connected with him, and I was finally seeing progress in ways that meant everything to us. And now it's all falling apart... We were told there's an investigation related to insurance, both of them are leaving, and I stopped services because I'm left trying to figure out what's going on. I reached out with simple questions about insurance (especially after my health insurance told me about some discrepancies), and crazy enough it could be nothing but even then I haven't gotten a response. It's been days... What hurts the most is my son. He finally had consistency, real good people he trusted, and now that's just gone. And we're back to square one, facing waitlists again like none of this ever happened. The therapists were truly AMAZING. This is not about them. But the lack of communication and transparency during something this serious has been incredibly upsetting for our family. No parent should have to watch their child lose support like this without answers. Please ask every question upfront, because I wish I had. This was our first experience with ABA services and let me tell you, I just wish we had known more before trusting this process. The hardest part is explaining to my child why the people he trusted AND LOVED are suddenly gone. Families deserve honesty, especially when it directly affects their child's care. We will cherish all the help he received from his BCBA, his RBT and the introduction to "Danny Go"
