LifeStance Therapists & Psychiatrists Goose Creek

This was my second visit. I really didn't know where to start. But my Therapist made it so easy and we focused on one subject. It was easier to talk about than I expected and I left feeling hopeful. I have some tools to work with and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

This is a terrible company. I had an online appointment with a provider and they never showed up. I have screenshots to prove how long I was sitting on hold. I tried calling but they were closed. They charged me 100 dollars when I had to cancel an appointment due to an emergency.

When they called to set appt the person was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions since I was a new patient.Very easy to choose an appt and time right for me.

Melissa is always fabulous! I’ve been under her care for over 2 years now. Any messages that I may send her regarding medication, prior authorizations, or questions, she pretty much replies to them within a good 24 hour timeframe. She’s pretty good about making sure that she’s on top of everything. She’s friendly, caring, and completely understanding. I’m just glad I was able to find her.

Edit: issues are resolved! Super grateful to the rep from Lifestance who called me to help resolve the billing issues, and addressed my previous concerns. I look forward to returning to Lifestance for future therapy sessions with their excellent therapists🥰

I was very impressed with Melissa. Today was my first visit and it was a positive experience. She heard me and didn’t push psychiatric medication on me like so many therapists do.

The Therapists here are Excellent! My problem is with the seemingly nonexistent operators manning the customer service phone lines, and the billing department. Every time I wanted to bring a concern, I had to bring it to the front desk lady at the office (she is also a saint). Not sure where everyone is, but they do a fantastic job of letting me know that I owe them money, without actually billing my insurance company. I wasn't informed until after 4 sessions, that I owed Lifestance $1355.00. Disappointed to say the least. Please do better Lifestance. I wish I had read the google reviews first.
