Claim your listing! It was really convenient doing telehealth because I'm not allowed to drive currently. Geneva had some really amazing perspectives and absolutely understood my situation. Her POV of my POV made complete sense. I really felt heard. My therapist canceled my first appointment and when we rescheduled I c

I continue to receive zombie statements from this company 7 months after my last appointment and after paying the last statement and being assured that I will not receive more. This company offers decent telehealth/teletherapy options but their business practices are very shady. I would recommend a

Still with my therapist a year stronger. I keep telling him he'll be invited to my wedding as guest of honor. He's helped me work through me! 10 out of ten I absolutely recommend. It takes a certain level of transparency and honesty when you work with a therapist, a therapist has to create that sa

Fabulous! My therapist Cathy Brown is very professional, and comforting. She is full of WISDOM and ethical steps you can take to cope, something I really needed. I will definitely schedule with her weekly for the foreseeable future. ❤️

My therapist canceled my first appointment and when we rescheduled I completely forgot to make arrangements. Yes they will hit you with that 100 dollar fee seconds after canceling. I did end up going to the appointment and after speaking with 3 different people, the fee did get waived from my understanding. Thank you. My second appointment they called me about 2 hours before my 6pm appointment and canceled saying my therapist is no longer with the practice. So my insurance basically paid 300 dollars for an evaluation appointment just to be evaluated again by someone new? I WILL NOT be returning. They are not concerned about mental health in any way. I sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes without being acknowledged by the young blond lady working. I also saw a lady standing by the glass windows waiting for someone to help her as well. It was a terrible experience all together. If you suffer from anxiety I would not come here!

The fact that I have had to continuously dispute a no show fee that doesn’t belong to me for over a month is insane. They demanded proof of the phone call to cancel my appointment, sent it in, after multiple phone calls, the manager agrees I should not be charged, yet they STILL continue to send notices about charging me. You get the run around when you call, no one answers your portal messages or emails, this is absolutely insane.

They will charge you even if you cancel before 48 hours!! Having to fight to prove that I canceled my appointment more than 48 hours in advanced and seeing an email that they attempted to charge my card the cancellation fee is absolutely insane. I called, no one answers, you have to go to the answering service who said they would let them know for me. I call because I’m getting notifications that my card is going to be charged a fee, instead of explaining anything, they tell me to hold and transfer me to billing without telling me. Billing says they can put in a request, but I have to talk to the main office. I call back yet again asking not to be transferred and am told “you need to send a screenshot of the call to our email and we’ll SEE about waiving the fee”. I send the screenshot for proof, manager calls and apologizes and says they will remove it, then I get a notification that they are attempting to charge my card?! I don’t have time to deal with this disorganization if I need to move an appointment. Also to add - the receptionist says “yeah we saw your portal message about the cancelation fee last week”…so you ignore it? They recommend you to go to the portal if you can’t get through to the office by phone, but then they ignore you? My provider was very nice and I really liked her, but I cannot deal with the chaos from this office.
