I have been with Lifestance for 2 years. My experience has been less than great. My first psych cancelled on our 2nd appt, and this was my first appt ever with a psych, when seeking support/help, and I had to pay for the initial intake and she didn't work with me for whatever reason.

Information is clear and easy to get. Lots of details about professionals to make choosing one east. Support is quick to contact you in case of any issue. Totally recommend.

★★★★★ 5 stars I’ve been seeing Dr. Turner for a little while now, and she’s been consistently thoughtful, grounded, and easy to talk to. She has a great way of explaining things without feeling clinical or overwhelming, and she helps frame situations in a way that actually makes them easier to work through. I’ve felt genuinely understood in our sessions, and she adapts quickly to how I think and process things. What I appreciate most is that she brings structure when I need it, but also gives space when I’m working something out. She’s patient, insightful, and has already helped me make real progress in how I handle stress, regulation, and relationships. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who’s engaged, empathetic, and very good at what she does.

I love Dr Milton Anderson! He is been treating me for a little over a year. My mental condition was BAD when I visited him for the first time. I always thought that there was nothing can help to fix so many issues I had but, I was wrong! I have improved 90% it’s been amazing feeling. I been able to control a lot of behaviors that I wasn’t able to control for so many years that was causing tons of problems in my personal life and family which it was a miserable life. Additional to that Dr Anderson has been treating my daughter for about 6 months. She’s improving a lot that it’s very noticeable! I love Dr Anderson for his knowledge, professionalism and showing care to me and my daughter. Thank you Dr Anderson!

I had my first session today with Jasmine, and it was such a wonderful experience. I’ve been using LifeStance for a little over a year and having to switch therapists was incredibly scary for me, but Jasmine made it absolutely seamless.I felt seen and heard and I think that she is the absolute perfect fit for where I’m at in life and helping to deal with the various issues I’m facing.

Tracey Lee has really helped me work through my panic attacks. I highly recommend her. LifeStance is very user friendly. I can contact my counselor easily to reschedule or cancel appointments. It is easy to find a counselor and time/date that works for you. This is my fourth mental practice in last two years and this one is by far the best.
