The best decision I made for my kids so far was to switch them to Little Champs ABA Services. My kids now have consistency and are challenged more than previous ABA therapists. They are making leaps and bounds in their development. Would highly recommend!

When you 1st get the diagnosis that your child has autism. You completely fall back & feel lost. Our Doctor recommended ABA. We never heard of it before. Kinda going in blind. Where we live (carbon county) didn’t offer these services.

This is a company that is very accommodating and very patient on connecting with clients. They have been great with communication and have helped me with my ABA learning. Would definitely recommend to any experienced or new students to ABA.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience at this ABA provider. Our child, initially enjoyed attending sessions, but over time we noticed significant red flags that led us to discontinue services completely. Some of the issues we experienced included: Personal items and clothing going missing without explanation. Unprofessional conversations between staff and parents, including negative remarks about RBTs. A serious incident where an RBT physically handled our child in an inappropriate and harmful manner. Despite directly asking that this RBT no longer work with our child, our request was ignored. Our child, who once looked forward to therapy, began crying and expressing distress every time we prepared to go. This was a heartbreaking change and a clear signal to us that something was wrong. Injuries that either didn’t match the incident reports or had no documentation at all. When asked, the response we received was essentially, “We don’t know what happened or how it happen,” which is unacceptable. A moldy cup was in our child’s belongs in the clinic and which was not disclosed to us. Instead, it was quietly replaced. Another serious concern regarding health and oversight. A deeply unprofessional comment from the BCBA, who said she gets “annoyed with the yelling from the children.” This was extremely concerning, considering the nature of working with children with special needs. We gave this center multiple chances to address our concerns, but the lack of accountability and transparency made us feel our child was no longer safe in their care. We would not recommend this provider to other families.

Honestly one of the worst child care services we have received lately. They terminated the last COM who did everything that she did to make sure my family and my child felt supportive & care for. Her name was Zuleima because I never met someone with that name before. She told me her name means peace and that what she did for our family. I could never get an answer for my questions except for the COM there previously who made sure we were heard. She always had a smile and made sure my husband and I were included. We pulled out our child and going to go where she is now. She was also an RBT & made SO much difference when she was with my child. We can tell. I hope the company knows that they lost an amazing RBT & COM. She is truly a miracle worker.

This place shouldn't even have one star because it's not a good place for children. I removed my daughter from this place because of the incompetence of the therapists in working with children and the BCBAs in training the therapists, since the therapists are always pure young girls who don't even know how to change a diaper, much less work with special children. My daughter at first was excited and happy to go, but after a few weeks everything changed, especially with one therapist who was very scared. I asked them not to work with my daughter and they ignored me. When I went to pick her up, she came out crying inconsolably. The people in charge only apologized but never did anything. And the two months that my daughter was there, I never knew what she really did because she never gave me a report. In addition, my daughter got a urinary tract infection because for 7 hours that she was there she held it to go to the bathroom. They sent me back my food the same way I sent it and the daily reports said otherwise.So, parents, always keep an eye on your children and watch for any negative changes, because believe me, it's always a sign that something is wrong. Don't be overconfident about leaving your children alone unsupervised, because tragedies happen in places like these. My daughter is currently at another ABA center; she's been there for seven months and is still happy and loves all her therapists very much. Every month, they give her a detailed report of what she did and didn't do. Not only do they give it to me, but they also prove it to me with facts, since you go with your children and can see the progress they've made with your own eyes. But I don't recommend this place at all!

I sincerely regret and deplore my experience at this therapy center, from which I removed my two children due to a consistent pattern of negligence, dishonesty, and risks to their safety, especially alarming when dealing with children with special needs. My concerns and documented evidence include: * CRITICAL FAILURE IN BUILDING SECURITY: What I found most alarming and poses an unacceptable risk to all children is the complete lack of security on the doors. My daughter, as a toddler, was able to open the doors with the security code. This demonstrates that the center had no effective security system to prevent unauthorized access or exit (elopement) of children. * Safety and Physical Injuries: My son returned on multiple occasions with bruises and bumps on his head. Staff offered inconsistent excuses (e.g., "he fell off the swing six times" or "he was scratched by other children"), indicating a lack of adequate supervision and a failure to adhere to safety protocols. My daughter also submitted daily reports of injuries caused by other children. * Neglect of Basic Care and Feeding: I documented with photos that the food I sent was returned untouched, even though daily reports indicated my children had consumed it and even "overeaten." This is a straightforward lie about my children's nutrition. Furthermore, the staff returned containers of rotten food or food that had been sent a month earlier. They also returned my son with completely soiled clothes, despite having left five clean changes of clothes at the clinic. * Environment of Fear and Inaction to Abuse: I reported that one employee in particular terrorized my daughter. Despite repeatedly requesting that she not be assigned to my daughter, my request was ignored, putting my child's emotional well-being at risk. Furthermore, I personally witnessed a staff member speaking inappropriately and pushing children. * Lack of Transparency and Broken Promises: I reported each incident in writing and verbally. I was assured repeatedly that "everything would be improved," but the deterioration in care continued. This is an institution that is not equipped to provide the care and supervision that children (especially those with special needs) deserve and need. My children's safety was constantly at risk. I decided to remove them immediately. Warning to other parents: If your priority is safety (physical and perimeter), honest care, and adequate supervision, I suggest you look elsewhere.
